"Decent app, but a bit slow sometimes"
i mean, the Croma app is useful for checking out products and offers, but it does get slow at times. Some pages take a while to load, and once my cart didn’t update properly. I could still place my order in the end, but the experience wasn’t exactly smooth. Hope they fix these small bugs soon.

"Refund Took Longer Than Expected"
I ordered something from Croma but ended up cancelling it because the delivery kept getting delayed. I still remember feeling a bit frustrated that day because I had been waiting and checking for updates. The cancellation itself was simple, so I thought the refund would be quick too, but it took around a week to show up in my account. Customer care did respond, but mostly they just kept telling me to wait, which didn’t really help much. In the end, the refund did come, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just a very average one for me. Giving 3 stars

"Good Service Overall!!"
I ordered it from croma and the installation was done after 2 days. The technician was polite and handled the work properly, so no complaints there!! The only issue was that the timing wasn’t very clear, and I had to call twice to follow up. Overall, it was an okay experience, but the process could definitely be a bit smoother.

"Finally, an order tracking experience that didn’t annoy me"
I was expecting the usual headache with online order tracking, but Croma actually made it simple. The updates were clear, I didn’t have to keep guessing where my order was, and the delivery showed up when it said it would. Wish more sites would just do it this way instead of making customers chase basic information

"Surprisingly smooth store visit"
Went to the Croma store to buy a phone, i was a little suspicious at first that they’d try to push some expensive model on me. But the staff actually listened to what I needed and helped me pick a good phone. Billing was quick too, which I didn’t expect. Overall, it turned out to be a nice, hassle-free experience.

"Warranty claim handled fine, but took some effort"
Had an issue with my headphones while they were still under warranty. Croma support did help me out and the replacement was done in a few days, so that part was good. I just wish it didn’t take as much effort from my side to follow up and get it moving. Overall, happy with the service, but the process could be a bit smoother.

"Felt Like I Had to Double-Check Everything"
I went to Croma to ask about a specific laptop model, but the staff seemed to be guessing the specs from the display card instead of really knowing the product. They couldn’t answer basic questions about the warranty or the ports, which made me a bit cautious because I didn’t want to end up buying the wrong thing. it felt like a waste of time, and I’d rather do my own research before trusting the information there

"Be careful with Croma repair service"
I gave my product for repair through Croma, it wasn’t a great experience. They told me it would take just a few days, but it ended up dragging on for more than two weeks. I had to keep calling customer care again and again, and most of the time I got the same vague reply with no proper update. I did finally get the product back and it’s working now, but the communication was really poor. Just a heads-up to others—don’t expect quick service or clear updates if you’re sending something for repair through them.

"Replacement process has been really frustrating"
I ordered a product from croma.com it started giving trouble from day one. I thought raising a replacement request would be the obvious quick fix, but it’s turned into a headache. They keep asking for the same details again and again, the pickup got delayed, and there’s barely any proper update. Customer care just keeps saying “wait 24 hours,” which feels like their default answer for everything. At this point, I just assume if there’s no clear update, nothing is actually moving. It’s been many days and I still haven’t received a replacement. Really bad experience.

"Decent mixer, hope it holds up"
Bought a mixer from Croma. It works fine so far. Quality is okay, but it feels a little cheaper than I expected. Not terrible. Just not as solid as I thought it would be. Delivery was alright too. Nothing special, no major issue. Using it for now. Just hoping it lasts.
